Offer Terms & Conditions

1. Offer Terms. These terms and conditions detail the “Our Most Inclusive Offer Ever” offer. Qualified bookings will get a certain percentage off a booking for a second person traveling in company, plus a free “Bar Tab,” that is, a $600 or $300 bar credit, depending on the length of voyage.
- Buy One, Get a Discount for a Second Co-traveller:
- “Buy One Fare Get a Second Fare 60% off.” Under the ”Our Most Inclusive Offer Ever” offer, through 31 January 2023 Virgin Voyages will provide a total discount of 30% off both Sailor 1 and Sailor 2 retail (base) voyage fares when two (2) Sailors book a voyage to sail together in an Eligible Cabin (see section 2.1 for Eligible Cabins) when combined with the discount percentage from the Book Early, Save More Promotion. Additionally, if there are four (4) Sailors traveling together in one cabin, all four (4) Sailors will receive 30% off their Voyage Fare. Lastly, if three (3) Sailors are traveling together in an Eligible Cabin, only Sailor 1 and Sailor 2 will receive the 30% discount off their voyage fare, but Sailor 3 will receive no discount. This offer will be marketed as a “buy one fare get a second fare 60% off.” Eligible cabins are listed in section 3.1.
- During February 2023: “Buy One Fare Get a Second Fare 55% off.” Under the ”Our Most Inclusive Offer Ever” offer in February 2023, Virgin Voyages will provide a total discount of 27.5% off both Sailor 1 and Sailor 2 retail (base) voyage fares when two (2) Sailors book a voyage to sail together in an Eligible Cabin (see section 2.1 for Eligible Cabins) when combined with the discount percentage from the Book Early, Save More Promotion. Additionally, if there are four (4) Sailors traveling together in one cabin, all four (4) Sailors will receive 27.5% off their Voyage Fare. Lastly, if three (3) Sailors are traveling together in an Eligible Cabin, only Sailor 1 and Sailor 2 will receive the 27.5% discount off their voyage fare, but Sailor 3 will receive no discount. This offer will be marketed as a “buy one fare get a second fare 55% off.”
- Promotional Bar Tab:
- Any voyage lasting seven nights or more will receive $600 in a “Bar Tab,” that is, a bar credit, for the cabin. Any voyage lasting six nights or less will receive a $300 “Bar Tab” for the cabin. The Bar Tab will be added to the lead passenger’s (i.e., “Sailor” in our marketing voice) folio. All cabin categories are eligible for the promotional Bar Tab credit.
2. Eligible Bookings. Eligible bookings are those purchased for an eligible voyage date between 12:01 a.m. EST on 13 December 2022 through 11:59 p.m. EST on 31 March 2023. Eligible voyage dates include all sailings departing in 2023, plus select Australia sailings departing in 2024. Scarlet Lady eligible voyages: December 18th, 2022 - December 27th, 2023, Valiant Lady eligible voyages: December 17th, 2022 - December 30th, 2023 (inclusive of this voyage), Brilliant Lady eligible voyages: December 24th, 2023 - December 30th, 2023, and Resilient Lady eligible voyages: May 14th, 2023 through March 15th, 2024.
3. Restrictions/Exclusions. The "Our Most Inclusive Offer Ever” offer is subject to the following restrictions and exclusions.
3.1. Eligible Cabins: Sea Terrace Meta Category cabins, The Sea View, Lock It In Rate Sea View, The Insider, Social Insider, and Lock It In Rate Insider cabins are eligible for “Our Most Inclusive Offer Ever” offer. The Sea Terrace Meta Category cabins include the following : XL Sea Terrace, Central Sea Terrace, The Sea Terrace, Ltd View Sea Terrace, and the Lock It In Rate Ltd View Sea Terrace. The Buy One, Get a Discount for a Second Co-traveller under “Our Most Inclusive Offer Ever” offer does not apply to bookings in Rockstar Quarters. The Sailors to whom the two bookings apply must travel in the same cabin.
3.2. Charter voyages are excluded from the “Our Most Inclusive Offer Ever” offer.
3.3. Interaction with other with the following offers, discounts, or credits:
- The “Our Most Inclusive Offer Ever” offer is combinable with the following offers, promotions, discounts, or credits:
- SeaBlazers
- Discount and Payment FVCs
- Book Early Save More Promotion
- Pay-In-Full discount offer
- Tour Operators
- Affinity Circles
- The "Our Most Inclusive Offer Ever” offer is not combinable with the following offers, promotions, discounts, or credits:
- Incentive and Contracted Circle Programs
- Casino Rates
- Interline Rates
- Internal reduced rate programs
- Giveaway or promotional reduced rate Access Keys
- Any other previous offers
4. 485c Members and select “My Next Virgin Voyage” registrants will be given access as of 12:01 a.m. 8 December. 485C Members will book directly through Sailor Services. “My Next Virgin Voyage” registrants receiving early access will have to select a voyage date in the parameters of the “Our Most Inclusive Offer Ever” offer and additional terms from the “My Next Virgin Voyage” program apply.
5. Should a Sailor change their 2023 voyage date from 2023 to an ineligible 2024 or beyond, the promotional discount and promotional Bar Tab will be removed, the discount will be voided and due.
6. Virgin Voyages’ cancellation policies apply. We reserve the right to modify this offer at any time.

- Lock It In Rate Ltd View Sea Terrace cabin rates for all other eligible voyages included this offer, Starting at $149 per Sailor per night (excluding taxes and fees).
2. Caveats/Exclusions.
2.1. This Offer is not combinable with our Casino Rates, Interline Net Rates, heavily reduced voyage fare discount offers, or any other previous offers. Any full-ship accommodation voyages (i.e., Charter voyages) and contractual Circles are also excluded.
2.2. The commissionable Voyage Fare amount for Travel Agents (or “First Mates” in our branding voice) will be on the reduced Voyage Fare, after the Sail and Save Voyages Offer is applied.

2. Caveats/Exclusions.
2.1. This Offer ends midnight following December 11, 2022.
2.2. This Offer is not combinable with our Casino Rates, Interline Net Rates, heavily reduced voyage fare discount offers, or any other previous offers. Any full-ship accommodation voyages (i.e., Charter voyages) and contractual Circles are also excluded.

2. Caveats/Exclusions.
2.1. This Offer ends midnight following November 28, 2022.
2.2. This Offer is not combinable with our Casino Rates, Interline Net Rates, heavily reduced voyage fare discount offers, or any other previous offers. Any full-ship accommodation voyages (i.e., Charter voyages) and contractual Circles are also excluded.

1. Offer Terms. These terms and conditions detail our “Extend the Glow'' and “The Lasting Glow” Offers. These are an extension of our “My Next Virgin Voyage” (MNVV) Offer, enabling a Sailor to gain some of the benefits of the MNVV Offer after disembarking our vessel from their voyage. These offers apply to two categories of a disembarked passenger (i.e., “Sailor” in our marketing voice): (1) those who signed up for MNVV while onboard during their voyage and (2) those who did not sign up for MNVV during their voyage.
1.1. Group 1 - “Extend the Glow.” If a Sailor opts in to registering for the MNVV Offer while onboard, the Sailor will be granted access to the "My Next Virgin Voyage Extend the Glow'' post-voyage microsite, allowing Sailors to purchase additional "My Next Virgin Voyage" offers for 14 days after the Sailor has disembarked. The "Extend The Glow" Offer consists of a $300 discount and a $600 onboard credit (i.e., “Sailor Loot“ in our marketing voice) towards the voyage the Sailor has registered for. The terms and conditions of the MNVV apply, except as amended by this “Extend the Glow'' Offer.
1.2. Group 2 - “The Lasting Glow”. If a Sailor opts to not register for the “My Next Virgin Voyage” Offer while onboard, the Sailor will be granted access to the "My Next Virgin Voyage The Lasting Glow" post-voyage microsite, allowing Sailors to purchase "My Next Virgin Voyage" offers for 14 days after the Sailor has disembarked. The “Lasting Glow” Offer consists of a $300 discount and a $300 onboard credit (i.e., “Sailor Loot” in our marketing voice) towards the voyage the Sailor has registered for. The terms and conditions of the MNVV otherwise apply, except as amended by this “The Lasting Glow” Offer.
1.3. Group 3 - For a limited time, that is, from 2 December to 15 December 2022, any Sailor who has sailed with us will be granted access to a microsite allowing them to purchase "The Lasting Glow" offers. Sailors who’ve sailed with us on deeply discounted fares, on charter voyages, on Friends and Family voyages, or on travel agent/preview events, are excluded.
2. Exclusions / Caveats.
2.1. Combining with Other Offers. The “Extend the Glow” and “The Lasting Glow” Offers may be combined with most other offers, programs, and/or promotions. Virgin Voyages will be able to inform the Sailor booking a future voyage what combinable offers are eligible or available, if any, once the specific future voyage is booked. Without a future voyage date, Virgin Voyages is unable to assess eligible combinable offers.
2.2. The “Extend the Glow” and “The Lasting Glow” Offers are not combinable with deeply discounted rates (including but not limited to Sweepstakes, Casino, Charters, First Mate Rates, etc.).
2.3. Each Sailor is eligible for four (4) future bookings from either The “Extend the Glow” or “The Lasting Glow” Offers.
2.4. Once a Sailor has chosen a future voyage date, they may only change their new voyage date up until one (1) year after the original chosen voyage date.
2.5. Booking/Travel Window: Sailors have a 2-year booking window to redeem this Offer from the date of their deposit. Said another way: Sailors must book and sail within 2 years of their deposit.
2.6. A Sailor may only move the date of their voyage one (1) time after choosing their future voyage date.
2.7. A Sailor may transfer their My Next Virgin Voyage offer one (1) time to another Sailor.
2.8. Any full-ship accommodation voyages (i.e., charter voyages) are excluded from this Offer.
3. Applicability to Travel Agents. Travel Agents registered with Virgin Voyages (i.e., “First Mates”) whose clients are registered for the “Extend the Glow” or “the Lasting Glow” Offers will receive commission in accordance with their First Mates’ agreement with Virgin Voyages, unless their client expressly opts out of doing so. Commission will be paid on the net voyage fare their client pays, 120 days prior to their client’s future voyage. Commissionable voyage fare would be reduced by $300, as the $300 discount on the final voyage fare from this offer is non-commissionable. Any promotional Sailor Loot credit given with this offer is also non-commissionable.
4. These terms and conditions are subject to change with or without notice at any time.
1. Offer Terms. At our discretion, Virgin Voyages will offer onboard credits (i.e., “Sailor Loot” in our brand voice) when a Guest (or “Sailor”) refers an additional Sailor to book a cabin on the same voyage using an assigned unique referral link. We call this program the “Sail With Friends” offer.
FOR A LIMITED TIME the promotional offer of a Sailor Loot referral was increased from the usual $50 to $200. The $200 amount was for new referral links created between May 24, 2022 and June 30, 2022, and is not available for existing sailors who are linked in the “Sail With Friends” program.
Further, FOR A LIMITED TIME the promotional offer of a Sailor Loot referral is increased from the usual $50 to $200 for select voyages only. The $200 amount is for new referred bookings created between 12:01 a.m. EDT on October 22, 2022, through 11:59 p.m. EDT on October 28, 2022, for those Sailors sailing on the following voyages only: (i) Scarlet Lady – Dominican Daze (October 28, 2022 – November 2, 2022); or (ii) Valiant Lady – Miami MerMaiden (October 30, 2022 – November 5, 2022). The Referred Sailor cabin booking as defined in Section 2 below must be a new full-fare booking to qualify for this limited time increased promotional offer. The limited time increased promotional offer is not available for existing Sailors who are linked in the “Sail With Friends” program.
These terms and conditions detail this offer.
2. Eligibility / How the Program Works
a. Anyone who books a voyage (i.e., places a deposit) with Virgin Voyages will receive a Referral Link. This Referral Link may be shared with another individual who is booking a cabin on the same voyage. We’ll refer to the initial Sailor, who offers their Referral Link, as a “Base Sailor.” We’ll refer to the individuals who book a voyage using the Referral Link from the Base Sailor as a “Referred Sailor”. The offer is based per cabin (regardless of the quantity of sailors booked in each Base or Referred cabin booking).
b. If an individual uses the Referral Link from a Base Sailor to book a cabin on the same voyage as the Base Sailor, $50 in Sailor Loot will be credited to the Base Sailor's cabin. The Referred Sailor who used the referral link will receive $50 in Sailor Loot credited to their cabin as well (“Transaction #1”). The Sailor Loot will be automatically applied upon completion of the booking using the Referral Link.
c. The Base Sailor may be eligible for Sailor Loot for a maximum of sixteen (16) Referred cabin bookings. This means a Base Sailor can receive up to a maximum of $800 in Sailor Loot (that is, sixteen (16) Referred Cabins, multiplied by $50 Sailor Loot, “Sail With Friends” offer from each referral) under this “Sail With Friends” offer.
d. On the ninth Referred Sailor booking using the Base Sailor’s referral link, the collective group will have the option to be converted to a “Circle,” our brand name for group travel with at least ten (10) booked cabins. See Circle Terms and Conditions (click the tab for “Affinity Circle Bookings).
e. When a Referred Sailor books a cabin, he/she/they will also receive a personal Referral Link. The Referred Sailor may share their Referral Link, and when a new individual book using this second Referral Link, the said Referred Sailor will become a Base Sailor (we’ll call this “Transaction #2”). The Referred Sailor that becomes a new Base Sailor (from Transaction #2), will receive the $50 Sailor Loot from the Transaction #1 and another $50 Sailor Loot from Transaction #2. The new Referred Sailor from Transaction #2 will receive the $50 Sailor Loot. The original Base Sailor from Transaction #1 will not receive any Sailor Loot from Transaction #2.
3. Exclusions / Caveats
a. The Sailor Loot is standard across all cabin/suite categories. If the Base Sailor books a “Sea Terrace” cabin the Sailor Loot they receive under this offer remains unchanged regardless of whether his/her Referred Sailor books a cabin, a RockStar Quarters, or Mega RockStar Quarters.
b. Group / “Circle” Reservations. When a group of Sailors has reached a party of 10 or more booked cabins on the same sailing, they hold the right to convert their party into a “Circle” (as stated in section 2.d). By converting the group, all booked and linked reservations will forfeit (lose) the Sailor Loot associated with the “Sail With Friends” offer but will be eligible for the associated Circle benefits.
c. Canceled Reservation. If either linked Sailor cancels the bookings 120 days before the voyage starts, both Sailors will forfeit (lose) the Sailor Loot associated with the “Sail With Friends” offer, from the associated link from the canceled booking. If the Base Sailor has multiple referrals, the forfeited amount would only be from the one linked Sailor canceling. If either a Referred Sailor or Base Sailor cancels their booking within final payment (120 days prior to their voyage) after having paid the non-refundable deposit, then the remaining Sailor (either the Base or Referred Sailor) is eligible to keep the Sailor Loot on the booking from referring the other Sailor (Base or Referred) and using the referral link.
d. Applicability to Travel Agents. Travel Agents registered with Virgin Voyages (i.e., “First Mates” in our branding voice) may link bookings under this program on behalf of a Sailor who booked through that First Mate. The First Mate is responsible if at any time the link “breaks,” meaning any of the linked reservations cancel, resulting in the Sailor Loot dropping off of the canceled reservations and the Base Sailor's reservation. All Sailor Loot increments received from “Sail With Friends” are non-commissionable.
e. This Offer can change at any time, without notice. We reserve the right to remove the Sailor Loot from bookings in relation to this program for any Sailor or prohibit any Sailor from participating in the program for chicanery, gamesmanship, or should signs of abuse be present. We also reserve the right to remove the Sailor Loot from bookings in relation to this program for any Sailor who is determined by us to not qualify for this Offer.
f. Combinability. The “Sail With Friends” offer is combinable with most other promotions, particularly individual and public, non-circle promotions. “Sail With Friends” offer is not combinable with Circle offers, Interline rates, Tour Operator rates, sailors traveling on Friends and Family, gifted, or charter voyages, or who travel on a deeply discounted voyage fare (i.e., voyage fares of $100/day or less). Shipload of Love offer, and First Mates’, no-charge access keys, are also excluded. Persons boarding for solely pier-side events do not qualify.
g. Eligible voyages. The higher promotional Sailor Loot amount is available on select revenue voyages described in Section 1, above. Any full-ship accommodation voyages (i.e., Charter voyages) and contractual Circles are excluded from this offer.
1. Offer Terms. These terms detail the terms and conditions of our Florida Resident Rates Offer. For a limited time, Florida residents will receive 10% off their retail voyage fare for any Eligible Voyage that is booked in accordance with the terms below.
2. Applicability/Offer Details.
2.1. The Florida Resident rate is applicable to bookings on Scarlet Lady and Valiant Lady voyages departing from Port Miami within 45 days of the booking creation date. Booking must be created and paid in full to receive the Florida Resident Rate Offer.
2.2. The reduced 10% off the retail voyage fare will be applied at the time of booking.
2.3. At the time of booking, the Sailor must enter the following Access Key during checkout to receive the offer: FLRATE. The offer is not automatically applied to any booking meeting the requirements. For First Mate bookings, on Firstmates.com or through verified third party booking engines, the promotional code will be visible to the First Mate when selecting an eligible voyage and this will be a manual add-on. In other words, the promotional code must be selected by the First Mate in order for the offer to be applied to the booking.
2.4. Florida residency may be evidenced by drivers license or utility bill showing residency in Florida upon check in at the Terminal.
3. Exclusions/Caveats.
3.1. The Florida Resident Rates Offer is combinable with public promotional offers. It is not transferable. All Eligible Voyages are subject to Virgin Voyages’ cancellation policies.
3.2. The Florida Resident Rates Offer is only for paid bookings at full fare. Sailors traveling under the Voyage Vacation Program, Casino Player Program, First Mate Rates, Interline Rates, or a reduced fare Access Key are not eligible for this offer.
3.3. Savings and Separability. Nothing in these terms and conditions are intended to operate contrary to applicable law. If any provision of these terms and conditions are or are determined at any time to be contrary to or unauthorized by applicable law, then such provision shall not be applicable or performed or enforced, except to the extent permitted by law, provided that, in such event, all other provisions of this Agreement shall continue in effect.
3.4. Virgin Voyages reserves its right to modify these terms and conditions at any time with or without notice.
1. General. While Virgin Voyages determines the formal program parameters for a formal 2023 launch of a member rewards program, we are beginning with an interim perks program: the “Virgin Voyages Sailing Club.” These terms outline Virgin Voyages Sailing Club and the associated Perks for our “Loyal Sailors.”
2. Who is a “Loyal Sailor''?
2.1. Sea-Blazers (those who have competed a full-fare (i.e. no free Access Key, or reduced fare) voyage in 2021)
2.2. Sea-Rovers:
i. Those who have completed two full-fare (i.e. no free Access Key, or reduced fare) voyages on Scarlet Lady or Valiant Lady between January 1, 2022 - March 31, 2023 (inclusive).
or
ii. Those members of unaffiliated, third party cruise and travel loyalty programs below who provide written verification to Virgin Voyages that you are a member of any of the following third party travel and cruise loyalty programs:
- Celebrity Cruises Captain’s Club - Elite, Elite Plus, Zenith
- Royal Caribbean International Crown & Anchor Society - Diamond, Diamond Plus, Pinnacle Club
- Norwegian Cruise Line Latitudes Rewards - Platinum, Sapphire, Diamond, Ambassador
- MSC Voyagers Club - Gold, Black
- Princess’ Captain’s Circle - Platinum, Elite
- Carnival’s VIFP Club - Platinum, Diamond
- Virgin Atlantic’s Flying Club - Wings, Gold
- Virgin Australia’s Velocity Frequent Flyer - Gold
iii. Please note there is no “double dipping” if you happen to meet the criteria of both 2.1.i and 2.1.ii.
3. Perks Associated with the Virgin Voyages Sailing Club:
3.1. Virgin Voyages’ Loyal Sailors, will have access to two (2) exclusive perks for the dates below:
3.2. Perk 1: Access to Deep Blue Extras (on Scarlet and Valiant Lady sailings from 02 September 2022 through 31 December 2022). The Deep Blue Extras are non-commissionable. Sea-Rovers who have earned their status by completing two full-fare voyages (see 2.2.i.) will receive the Deep Blue Extras on any future eligible sailing, including reduced fare or free bookings. For Sea-Rovers who have earned their status by providing verification to match a listed loyalty program (see 2.2.ii.), their upcoming voyage must be an eligible full-fare booking to receive the Deep Blue Extras (i.e. reduced fare or free bookings are not eligible). The Deep Blue Extras are based per cabin and listed below:
i. $100 promotional Bar Tab
ii. Unlimited Premium Wifi (where available)
iii. Expedited Boarding: a dedicated embarkation queue
iv. Rockstar Agent support while onboard*
v. Cocktail Event
vi. Laundry Service (2 pressed items 1 Dry cleaned item, bag of laundry)
vii. $10 daily credit for Speciality Coffee
3.3. Perk 2: Red Hot Booking Months Offer (on all open inventory, for new full-fare bookings, booked from 30 August 2022 through 31 December 2022)
i. $200 non-commissionable Onboard Credit (i.e., “Sailor Loot”), on all open inventory new full fare bookings, per cabin. We may occasionally, during periods determined by our sole discretion and publicly announced, change this commission. We will add those periods below as we do so.
- Beginning 12:01 a.m. local US east coast time on 03 September through 11:59:59 p.m. local US east coast time on 05 September 2022: non-commissionable onboard credit is increased to $400 for new full-fare bookings, per cabin. Note this is a temporary enhanced offer of on board credit only -- token accelerator amounts are NOT affected by this temporary offer.
We will accelerate certain qualifying activities as well:
- Sailings in 2022: Sea-Blazers get a x4 multiplier for each token earned for a 2022 voyage booked during our Red Hot Booking Months. Sea-Rovers get a x3 multiplier for each token earned for a 2022 voyage booked during our Red Hot Booking Months;

We’re offering our passengers (that is, “Sailors” in our branding voice) the opportunity to pre-pay their on-board bar tabs in $300 U.S. dollar increments on Eligible Voyages (see section 2.5 below). Bar Tabs may be purchased up to midnight EST following the day before the voyage sets sail. Virgin Voyages will then add a bonus $50 U.S. dollar credit to that Sailor’s folio.
In addition, if a Bar Tab is purchased between midnight EST following January 4, 2021 through midnight EST following June 30, 2021 for an Eligible Voyage, we’ll add an additional bonus $50 U.S. dollar credit to that Sailor’s folio (that is, a total bonus of a $100 Bar Tab).
Travel Agents (or “First Mates” in our branding voice) can purchase a prepaid Bar Tab for their Sailors and earn commission on the purchase amount.

2. Caveats/Exclusions.

1. DESCRIPTION: The Sea-Blazers Program provides benefits to Sailors who purchase a voyage and embark our ships in 2021 as a way to say “thank you” for being among the first to sail with us. Exclusions apply.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Any person sailing with us as a paying passenger (or “Sailor” in our branding voice) in calendar year 2021 will become a Sea-Blazer and qualify for Sea-Blazer benefits, subject to exclusions laid out in paragraph 3.
Categories/First Mates/Sailors Eligibility:
- All categories of paying Sailor, to include those in Circles
- All First Mate agencies, including Tour Operators
3. EXCLUSIONS: Sailors traveling on Friends and Family, gifted, or charter voyages, or who travel on a deeply discounted voyage fare (i.e., voyage fares under $100/day) are excluded from the Sea-Blazer program. Shipload of Love offer, and First Mates’, no-charge access keys, Casino Sailors, as well as paid upgrades of those access keys, are excluded. Persons boarding for solely pier-side events do not qualify.
4. OVERVIEW OF BENEFITS:
- Bar Tab: $125 when you purchase $300, this is an “always-on” offer for Sea-Blazers. “Always on” means this is permanent (as long as you maintain an account with Virgin Voyages).
- $300 OFF A 2022 SAILING: A Sea-Blazer who books and sails on a voyage with us in 2021 will get $300 off their 2022 voyage fare (£200 for our UK Sea-Blazers), before any promotional discounts or future voyage credits (FVCs).
- Virgin Merchandise: Something special in each Sea-Blazer’s cabin when they sail in 2021.
5. BAR TAB DETAILS
5.1 Offer: These terms detail the Sea-Blazer program’s “Bar Tab” Offer. We’re offering our Sea-Blazer-Sailors the opportunity to buy $300 Bar Tab increments, to which Virgin Voyages will then add a bonus $125 U.S. dollar credit to that Sailor’s folio. This applies for every $300 Bar Tab increment purchased. Bar Tabs may be purchased up to midnight EST following the day before the voyage sets sail. $125 in Bar Tab Bonus (Sailor Loot) Sea-Blazer Bar Tab Bonus applies when the Sailor sails with us for the first time -- and it lasts as long as you keep an account with us - see section 5.4.5 below.
5.2 Voyage Eligibility: any paying Sailor embarking SCARLET LADY in a 2021 voyage (Sailors on charter voyages, “Friends & Family” voyages, and who travel on deeply discounted fares are not eligible).
5.3 Combinability: The Sea-Blazer Bar Tab is combinable with everything except other Bar Tab Bonuses--you get $125 Bar Tab Bonus no matter what, even if we are publicly running $50 or $100 Bar Tab Bonus. The $125 bonus does not stack with other Bar Tab Bonuses.

5.4.3. Sailor loses the Promotional Bonus portion if their 2021 reservation is cancelled, even if later reinstated.
5.4.4. Prepay Bar Tabs may be purchased by calling Virgin Voyages prior to sailing, or through your First Mate.
5.4.5 We track the permanence of this offer through your account with us. If you exercise your right under a privacy law applicable to you to delete all personal information we hold on you, our ability to track the affiliation of this offer with you will go away as well. It would only be reinstated upon satisfactory review of subsequently submitted proof this offer applied to you, that is, reinstatement is not automatic.
6. $300 OFF A 2022 SAILING DETAILS
6.1 Offer: Paying Sailors booked and traveling with us in 2021 will receive a $300 discount (UK Sailors will get a £200 discount) off their (base) voyage fare before any promotions, discount FVCs, etc., for a 2022 voyage. This is per Sailor. Those paying in currencies other than USD or GBP will have their local currency converted to $300 USD.
6.2 Qualifying Voyages: (that is, voyages that will EARN this as part of The Sea-Blazers Program):
- Scarlet Lady: voyages departing August 5, 2021 through December 29, 2021.
Sailors on 2021 charter voyages, 2021 “Friends & Family” voyages, and who travel on deeply discounted fares in 2021 are not eligible.
6.3 Beneficiary Voyages: (that is, voyages the discount FVC may be used on)
- Scarlet Lady: voyages departing January 2, 2022 through December 27, 2022
- Valiant Lady: voyages departing March 18, 2022 through December 30, 2022
- Resilient Lady: voyages departing July 24, 2022 through December 30, 2022
- Charters are excluded.
6.4 Combinability: Combinable with all other discount FVCs, promotions, etc. However, only one Sea-Blazer $300 discount (UK Sailors will get a £200 discount) may be used per future reservation in 2022.

1. Offer Terms. These terms and conditions detail the “My Next Virgin Voyage'' Offer. At its discretion, Virgin Voyages may offer special deals for future voyages to Sailors (a/k/a passengers) embarked onboard any Virgin Voyages ship.
1.1. The “My Next Virgin Voyage” Offer is exclusively available only to Sailors presently embarked and sailing aboard a Virgin Voyages ship. If a Sailor places a deposit for the "My Next Virgin Voyage" Offer while onboard, the Sailor will then unlock the "My Next Virgin Voyage: Extend the Glow" post voyage microsite, allowing Sailors to purchase additional "My Next Virgin Voyage" offers for 14 days after the Sailor disembarks. The "My Next Virgin Voyage" Offer will not be extended or available to Sailors who did not register once the Sailor disembarks the ship.
1.2. A $300 USD deposit is required to register for the “My Next Virgin Voyage” Offer. If booking in currencies other than USD, the deposit will be converted to an equivalent deposit amount in the booking’s currency.
1.2.1. Sailors will receive a $300 USD Sailor Loot credit on their Next Virgin Voyage.(*)
1.2.2. Sailors will also receive a $300 USD discount on the final invoiced voyage fare total prior to the application of taxes and fees. If booking in currencies other than USD, the discount will be converted to an equivalent discount amount in the booking currency.
1.3. A Sailor can register for the “My Next Virgin Voyage” Offer with the Future Voyage Sales Team in the Get Lost sales space aboard a Virgin Voyages ship or directly online via a link on the Sailor App.
1.4. The Sailor has two (2) years to book and sail from the registration date. A Sailor who fails to book and sail within this 2-year time period forfeits the $300 USD deposit paid, the future Sailor Loot credit and the future voyage fare discount. The Offer will automatically expire at the 2-year mark.
1.4.1. Sailors who wish to cancel their deposit within seven (7) days of registering for the “My Next Virgin Voyage” Offer are eligible to receive a full refund of their $300 USD deposit.
1.4.2. Sailors who wish to cancel their deposit after seven (7) days of registering for the “My Next Virgin Voyage” Offer are eligible to receive a Future Voyage Credit (FVC) equivalent to the amount of deposit. This FVC is valid for one (1) year from the date of cancellation. Cancellation forfeits the future voyage discount and sailor loot.
1.5. After registration is complete, the Sailor will receive an email confirmation with a deposit reference number. Once the Sailor selects a voyage with this deposit reference number, payment of the regular 20% deposit will be due. The reservation will then follow and the deposit reference number will become the Booking ID number. The booking will be subject to the Cancellation Policy in effect at that time.
1.6. The “My Next Virgin Voyage” Offer is subject to all restrictions and exclusions set forth in Section 2 below.

2. Exclusions / Caveats
2.1. The “My Next Virgin Voyage” Offer can be combined with most other offers, programs, and/or promotions. Virgin Voyages will be able to inform the Sailor booking a future voyage what combinable offers are eligible or available, if any, once the specific future voyage is booked. Without a future voyage date, Virgin Voyages is unable to assess eligible combinable offers.
2.2. The “My Next Virgin Voyage” Offer is not combinable with deeply discounted rates (including but not limited to Sweepstakes, Casino, Charters, First Mate Rates, Lock It In Rates, etc.).
2.3. Only one “My Next Virgin Voyage” Offer may be applied to a future reservation. This includes any previous and future variations of the “My Next Virgin Voyage” Offer.
2.4. The “My Next Virgin Voyage” Offer is applicable to new bookings only. This excludes the application to retroactively applying the offer to previous bookings.
2.5. Each Sailor is eligible for four (4) “My Next Virgin Voyage” Offers. A $300 USD or equivalent deposit is required per offer.
2.6. Upon redemption of the “My Next Virgin Voyage” Offer Placeholder, the currency originally used for the deposit payment will carry over to the newly converted booking. The currency exchange rate will be based on the purchase date of the “My Next Virgin Voyage” Offer Placeholder.
2.7. Sailors do not have to pick a specific voyage date while onboard. As noted above, in section 1.4, each Sailor has a 2-year booking window to redeem this Offer.
2.8. Once a Sailor has chosen a future voyage date, they may only change their new voyage date up until one (1) year after the original chosen voyage date.
2.9. A Sailor may only move the date of their voyage one (1) time after choosing their future voyage date.
2.10. A Sailor may transfer their My Next Virgin Voyage offer one (1) time to another Sailor.
2.11. The “My Next Virgin Voyage” Offer applies solely to “The Sea Terrace” cabins and above categorized cabins/suites on the future voyage. Sailors must choose a cabin category for their future voyage in order to participate in this Offer. Cabin categories are as follows in decreasing order of precedence:

2.12. Sailors may not downgrade to a Ltd View Sea Terrace, Sea Terrace Lock It In Rate cabin, The Sea View, Solo Sea View, Sea View Lock It In Rate, The Insider, Solo Insider, or Insider Lock It In Rate cabin at a later date.
2.13. Sailors may upgrade to a higher category, subject to availability. They may also participate in Level Upgrade bidding, subject to Virgin Voyages opening of that separate offer.
2.14. Any full-ship accommodation voyages (i.e., charter voyages) are excluded from this Offer.
3. Applicability to Travel Agents.
3.1. Travel Agents registered with Virgin Voyages (i.e., “First Mates”) whose clients are registered for the “My Next Virgin Voyage” Offer will receive commission in accordance with their First Mates’ agreement with Virgin Voyages, unless their client expressly opts out of doing so. Commission will be paid on the net voyage fare their client pays, 120 days prior to their client’s future voyage. Commissionable voyage fare would be reduced by $300, as the $300 discount on the final voyage fare from this offer is non-commissionable. Any promotional Sailor Loot credit given with this offer is also non-commissionable.

1. Offer Terms. At our discretion, Virgin Voyages will offer onboard credits (i.e., “Sailor Loot” in our brand voice) when a Guest (or “Sailor”) refers an additional Sailor to book a cabin on the same voyage using an assigned unique referral link. We call this program the “Sail With Friends” offer.
FOR A LIMITED TIME the promotional offer of a Sailor Loot referral was increased from the usual $50 to $200. The $200 amount is for new referral links created between May 24, 2022 and June 30th 2022, and is not available for existing sailors who are linked in the “Sail With Friends” program.
These terms and conditions detail this offer.
2. Eligibility / How the Program Works
a. Anyone who books a voyage (i.e., places a deposit) with Virgin Voyages will receive a Referral Link. This Referral Link may be shared with another individual who is booking a cabin on the same voyage. We’ll refer to the initial Sailor, who offers their Referral Link, as a “Base Sailor.” We’ll refer to the individuals who book a voyage using the Referral Link from the Base Sailor as a “Referred Sailor”. The offer is based per cabin (regardless of the quantity of sailors booked in each Base or Referred cabin booking).
b. If an individual uses the Referral Link from a Base Sailor to book a cabin on the same voyage as the Base Sailor, $50 in Sailor Loot will be credited to the Base Sailor's cabin. The Referred Sailor who used the referral link will receive $50 in Sailor Loot credited to their cabin as well (“Transaction #1”). The Sailor Loot will be automatically applied upon completion of the booking using the Referral Link.
c. The Base Sailor may be eligible for Sailor Loot for a maximum of sixteen (16) Referred cabin bookings. This means a Base Sailor can receive up to a maximum of $800 in Sailor Loot (that is, sixteen (16) Referred Cabins, multiplied by $50 Sailor Loot, “Sail With Friends” offer from each referral) under this “Sail With Friends” offer.
d. On the ninth Referred Sailor booking using the Base Sailor’s referral link, the collective group will have the option to be converted to a “Circle,” our brand name for group travel with at least ten (10) booked cabins. See [Circle Terms and Conditions].
e. When a Referred Sailor books a cabin, he/she/they will also receive a personal Referral Link. The Referred Sailor may share their Referral Link, and when a new individual book using this second Referral Link, the said Referred Sailor will become a Base Sailor (we’ll call this “Transaction #2”). The Referred Sailor that becomes a new Base Sailor (from Transaction #2), will receive the $50 Sailor Loot from the Transaction #1 and another $50 Sailor Loot from Transaction #2. The new Referred Sailor from Transaction #2 will receive the $50 Sailor Loot. The original Base Sailor from Transaction #1 will not receive any Sailor Loot from Transaction #2.
3. Exclusions / Caveats
a. The Sailor Loot is standard across all cabin/suite categories. If the Base Sailor books a “Sea Terrace” cabin the Sailor Loot they receive under this offer remains unchanged regardless of whether his/her Referred Sailor books a cabin, a RockStar Quarters, or Mega RockStar Quarters.
b. Group / “Circle” Reservations. When a group of Sailors has reached a party of 10 or more booked cabins on the same sailing, they hold the right to convert their party into a “Circle” (as stated in section 2.d) . By converting the group, all booked and linked reservations will forfeit (lose) the Sailor Loot associated with the “Sail With Friends” offer but will be eligible for the associated Circle benefits.
c. Canceled Reservation. If either linked Sailor cancels the bookings 120 days before the voyage starts, both Sailors will forfeit (lose) the Sailor Loot associated with the “Sail With Friends” offer, from the associated link from the canceled booking. If the Base Sailor has multiple referrals, the forfeited amount would only be from the one linked Sailor canceling. If either a Referred Sailor or Base Sailor cancels their booking within final payment (120 days prior to their voyage) after having paid the non-refundable deposit, then the remaining Sailor (either the Base or Referred Sailor) is eligible to keep the Sailor Loot on the booking from referring the other Sailor (Base or Referred) and using the referral link.
d. Applicability to Travel Agents. Travel Agents registered with Virgin Voyages (i.e., “First Mates” in our branding voice) may link bookings under this program on behalf of a Sailor who booked through that First Mate. The First Mate is responsible if at any time the link “breaks,” meaning any of the linked reservations cancel, resulting in the Sailor Loot dropping off of the canceled reservations and the Base Sailor's reservation. All Sailor Loot increments received from “Sail With Friends” are non-commissionable.
e. This Offer can change at any time, without notice. We reserve the right to remove the Sailor Loot from bookings in relation to this program for any Sailor or prohibit any Sailor from participating in the program for chicanery, gamesmanship, or should signs of abuse be present.
f. Combinability. The “Sail With Friends” offer is combinable with most other promotions, particularly individual and public, non-circle promotions. “Sail With Friends” offer is not combinable with Circle offers, Interline rates, Tour Operator rates, sailors traveling on Friends and Family, gifted, or charter voyages, or who travel on a deeply discounted voyage fare (i.e., voyage fares of $100/day or less). Shipload of Love offer, and First Mates’, no-charge access keys, are also excluded. Persons boarding for solely pier-side events do not qualify.
g. Eligible voyages. The higher promotional Sailor Loot amount is available on select revenue voyages on or after May 24th, 2022. Any full-ship accommodation voyages (i.e., Charter voyages) and contractual Circles are excluded from this offer.

Virgin Voyages offers a “10% Pay in Full Now Discount.” When booking a cabin or suite, and when available to be applied during our reservation booking process, you may select the “Pay in Full” option while booking your voyage reservation. Pay your cabin in full to receive a 10% discount off your Voyage Fare (not including taxes and fees). Full payment must be received within two (2) hours of booking your voyage.
The 10% Pay in Full Now Discount is applicable to Voyage Fare only and is not offered on the taxes and fees. The entire cabin must be paid in full to receive this discount.
Paying one’s cabin “in full” means (i) the Voyage Fare is paid, (ii) taxes and fees are paid, and (iii) Voyage Protection (if opted for) is paid at the time of booking. The 10% Pay in Full Now Discount is eligible on voyages booked at least 180 days before the voyage departure date. Any cabin that chooses the Pay in Full option, but does not pay in full within two (2) hours of the booking will no longer be eligible for the discount.
To calculate the 10% Pay in Full Now Discount, we will take the listed Voyage Fare minus any additional discounts, and based on that newly discounted Voyage Fare, apply the 10% discount when the “Pay In Full” option is selected during the booking process.

We will be honoring this updated, more flexible booking policy for all bookings deposited under our previous flexible booking policy from 01 September 2021 until 26 January 2022 for the voyages mentioned above. After this, our standard cancellation policy in our Ticket Contract applies.)
- You may cancel a scheduled voyage up to forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled departure time of your voyage (the "Eligible Cancellation Window") and receive 100% Future Voyage Credit (FVC)
- You may move your booking free of charge to any of our voyages then on sale, up to forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled departure time of your voyage
- You may move your booking to a voyage of higher or lower value (note -- not just of a higher value, as is usually the case) up to forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled departure time of your voyage
This flexible policy also applies to group travel (i.e., non-contracted “Circles” in our brand parlance). After midnight Eastern Daylight Savings Time following 31 May 2022, our Standard Booking Policies apply. This policy may be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice.
2. Details of Virgin Voyages’ Flexible Booking Policy. This table shows the Period before departure within which written notice of cancellation is received by Virgin Voyages and the Cancellation charges in percentage of fare:

Note 1: To illustrate, if your voyage departs at 7 p.m. on 28 May 2022, you must cancel by 7 p.m. on 26 May 2022 to get your FVC. If you cancel one second after 7 p.m. on 26 May 2022, the 100% cancellation fee applies.
Note 2: Other implications of this policy. By canceling in the Eligible Cancellation Window, the components of your trip will be handled as follows:
- Voyage Fare: you will receive a FVC for the amount paid, less refunds.
- Taxes & Fees: you will be refunded in the form of payment.
- Bookables (e.g., Shore Excursions, Bar Tab): you will be refunded to the form of payment.
- Voyage Protection (booked through Virgin Voyages): will not be refunded. You must make a valid claim with Aon in order to get any kind of funds back.
- Hotel add-on (booked through Virgin Voyages): 100% penalty within 45 days of check-in.
- Air add-on (booked through Virgin Voyages): 100% penalty within 45 days of departure.
- Lock It In Rate bookings do not qualify for Flexible Booking Policy
These policies supersede any information you may have previously received. If you have already submitted a transfer or cancellation based on the previous policy, we will honor this and we will be in touch with confirmation in due course. Similarly, if we issued you a 200% FVC from a past cancellation, that remains in effect.
MegaRockStar 3rd and 4th Free Offer Terms and Conditions
1.Offer Terms. These terms detail the “MegaRockStar 3rd and 4th Free” Offer. Starting February 27, 2020, we’re offering our passengers (that is, “Sailors” in our branding voice) a $0 Voyage Fare for each 3rd and 4th Sailor traveling in Mega RockStar cabins during any sailings from April 1, 2020 through May 27, 2020.
2. Restrictions and Exclusions.
2.1 The “MegaRockStar 3rd and 4th Free” Offer only applies to new bookings. We are unable to add Sailors to existing bookings (no cancellations or rebooking allowed).
2.2 The 3rd and 4th Sailors are required to pay all applicable taxes and port fees for the cruise sailing.
2.3 The “MegaRockStar 3rd and 4th Free” Offer is combinable with existing WAVE offer only. It is not combinable with any other offer.
2.4 The “MegaRockStar 3rd and 4th Free” Offer is subject to change at any time.
3. First Mates Commissions
3.1 Eligible for First Mates commission on taxes and fees paid by the 3rd and 4th Sailors.
At our discretion we may offer a GTY Booking at our “Lock It In” rate. This means you may book a cabin of a guaranteed minimum category type at a reduced rate, i.e., our “Lock It In” rate. This is separate from our “Oversell Guarantee,” in which we guarantee you the cabin/suite you book, unless we oversell, in which case you may be upgraded at no additional cost.
The benefits to you of a “Lock It In” GTY Booking are that, after your booking has been confirmed:
- We may (at our discretion) upgrade your cabin to one of a superior Category or superior MetaCategory to that originally booked at no extra charge to you.
- You are ‘guaranteed’ the minimum Category of cabin we agreed to offer at the time of booking (your “Lock It In” rate category).
- The cabin we allocate will be suitable for the number of Guests occupying it.
We categorize cabins in “MetaCategories,” then “Categories” of cabins. Those MetaCategories and Categories are listed in decreasing precedence (that is, the lowest precedence is at bottom):

In exchange for the reduced price and chance for upgrade, there are restrictions imposed:
- Once your cabin has been allocated to you as a “Lock It In” GTY Booking, we are unable to accept any changes requested by you or your Travel Agent.
- Your ability to change cruises is affected: you are restricted from changing your cruise date, and you will not get a future voyage credit if you do.
- You may not know your cabin number until your Sail Date. This is because we may assign your cabin up to (and including) the day you actually sail.
By way of example, if you book a “Sea Terrace” cabin as a Lock It In GTY Booking, that is, the “Sea Terrance Lock It In Rate,” you (1) will pay a lower price than you would otherwise for a Sea Terrace Cabin, and (2) you may be upgraded to a “XL Sea Terrace” or an even higher category. However, (3) you are locked-in to that cruise date such that you will not get a refund or a future voyage credit if you cancel, (4) you may not know your cabin until you check in on your sail date, and (5) you may not be permitted to change your Cabin once it is assigned.

If you have a specific requirement regarding your cabin, or cabin location, or are travelling with family or friends you want to be near, then we suggest you do not book as a “Lock It In” GTY booking. At times, we may extend other promotional guaranteed booking offers. Suite layouts and benefits vary by category. If you book two or more cruises to be taken back to back and either one or all the cruises are booked as a “Lock It In” GTY Booking there is the possibility that you will be allocated different cabins/suites on each cruise, therefore requiring a move between cabins/suites on the changeover day between your back to back cruises.
1. Offer Terms. This rider details the terms and conditions of our “LIV It Up” Offer. If applicable to a person’s paid-for-booked Voyage, you may be eligible for a complimentary upgrade in accordance with the terms below.
2. Applicability/Offer Details.
2.1. The first 540 people to book a reservation during the 54 hour window between 4:55 p.m. EST February 2, 2020 through 10:55 p.m. EST February 4, 2020 (“Booking Window”) for a Voyage with a sail date between April 1, 2020 and up to May 27, 2020 inclusive (“Eligible Voyage”), may be eligible for a complimentary upgrade of their cabin or suite subject to inventory availability and exclusions below.
2.2. Subject to the Exclusions set forth in section 3 below, this Offer is combinable with other offers. We reserve the right to modify this Offer at any time.
2.3. Determination of the first 540 people who book will be based on a data pull of those people who booked during the Booking Window and paid for an Eligible Voyage as of 10:56 p.m. on February 4, 2020. Under our Booking Policies, given the short period before the Eligible Voyages, the Voyage must be paid in full. 3. Exclusions/Caveats.
3.1. The following categories are excluded: Massive Suite, Solo Sea View, Solo Insider, Social Insider, and all “Lock It In Rate” categories. Some categories are excluded due to their nature: for instance, some categories are single-, triple-, or quadruple-occupancy, or have a specific pricing scheme (i.e., all the “Lock It In Rate” cabins).
3.2. Any existing booking is excluded from this Offer.
3.3. The “First Mate Rates” Offer is excluded from this Offer. “Lock it In”/Guaranteed Booking may not be combined with this Offer.
3.4 Eligible upgrades provided at a booking level and not on a Circle level.
3.5. Where an upgrade is provided under the “LIV It Up” Offer, any Sailor Loot provided through the Wave promotion will remain based on your original booked category.

Sailor Loot Wave Offer Terms (***UPDATED & EXTENDED***)
1. Offer Terms. These terms detail the “Sailor Loot Wave Offer,” which is extended and increased effective March 12, 2020. We’re offering onboard credit to any suite or cabin bookings; see Section 2.
2. Onboard Credit. We will provide an onboard credit for each suite or cabin booked during the eligibility period valued as follows.
2.1 Eligibility Period. This offer is open to anyone who books a suite or cabin between 12:00:01 a.m. EDT March 12, 2020 through 11:59:59 p.m. EST June 30, 2020 for an eligible voyage. See Section 3.6 below for eligible voyages.
2.2 You will see this onboard credit labelled as “Sailor Loot” in your account, unless you’re in a Circle (see Section 3), in which case it will be labelled “Circle Bounty:”
- RockStar and Mega Rockstar Quarters: $500 per cabin
- Sea Terrace Cabins: $300 per cabin

3. Caveats/Exclusions.
3.1. Only Sailors who booked after March 12, 2020 are eligible for the increased Sailor Loot associated with this Offer.
3.2 Subject to this Section 3, these offers are combinable with other offers. We reserve the right to modify these offers at any time.
3.3 Any full-ship accommodation voyages (i.e., charter voyages) and contractual Circles are excluded from these offers.
3.4 Any unallocated onboard credit expires at the voyage end, i.e., upon disembarkation. Circle Chest and onboard credits are not redeemable for cash.
3.5 “Lock it In Rate” bookings are eligible for this promotion. Calculations for Sailor Loot in Section 2.2 will be at the “Lock It In Rate,” regardless whether you are ultimately moved to a higher precedence suite or cabin. “Lock it In Rate” bookings are bound by “Lock It In Rate” terms and conditions, which shall prevail in case of conflict with these Sailor Loot Wave Offer Terms.

1. Offer Terms. This rider details the terms and conditions of our Champagne Sailings Offer. If applicable to your reservation and Voyage, the terms below are binding on us and you upon receipt of your booking confirmation email.
2. Applicability/Offer Details.
2.1. For anyone who creates a reservation between 7:00 a.m. EDT October 9, 2019 through 11:59 p.m. EST November 30, 2019 for a Voyage with a sail date between April 1, 2020 and up to May 27, 2020 inclusive:
2.1.1. We will add one (1) bottle of Moët & Chandon Impérial® as an add-on to your reservation, limit one per Cabin.
2.2. For anyone with a reservation for a Voyage with a sail date outside the period between April 1, 2020 through May 27, 2020 inclusive, but changes their reservation to a Voyage inside this window, we will automatically add one (1) bottle of Moët & Chandon Impérial to your reservation, one per cabin. Such change must be made by 11:59 p.m. EST November 30, 2019.
2.3. For anyone with a reservation for a Voyage with a sail date inside the period between April 1, 2020 through May 27, 2020 inclusive, but changes their reservation to a Voyage outside this window, we will automatically removeone (1) bottle of Moët & Chandon Impérial from your reservation.
2.4. Subject to section 3 below, this Offer is combinable with other offers. We reserve the right to modify this Offer.
3. Exclusions.

If applicable to your reservation and Voyage, the terms below are binding on us and you upon receipt of your booking confirmation email and this rider becomes integrated into your Ticket Contract.
2. Applicability/Offer Details.
2.1. For anyone who creates a reservation between 7:00 a.m. EDT October 9, 2019 through 11:59 p.m. EST November 30, 2019 for a Voyage with a sail date between April 1, 2020 and April 30, 2021 inclusive:
2.1.1. We will require a reduced deposit of 10% of the Voyage fare.
2.2. For anyone who booked a Voyage prior to October 9, 2019 where you have paid a 20% deposit, no adjustment to that deposit will be made.
2.3. Subject to section 3 below, this offer is combinable with all of our other offers. We reserve the right to modify this Offer.
3. Exclusions.
3.1. Any full-ship accommodation voyages (i.e., charter voyages) are excluded from this Offer.
3.2 Tour operator bookings are excluded from this Offer.
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERN THE HANDLING OF GROUP (THAT IS, “CIRCLE”) BOOKINGS. IT IS ISSUED BY VIRGIN CRUISES INTERMEDIATE LIMITED (“VIRGIN VOYAGES,” “WE”, OR “OUR”) AND IS BINDING UPON VIRGIN VOYAGES AND CIRCLE LEADER ONCE HE/SHE BOOKS THE CIRCLE. THE CIRCLE LEADER EXPLICITLY AGREES TO THE TERMS HEREIN, AND AGREES WE MAY CHANGE, MODIFY, AND UPDATE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREIN, AND NOTICE MAY OR MAY NOT BE GIVEN.
Some Circles, that is, “Incentive” or “Corporate” Circles, require a signed contract; those Circles bound by contract shall be bound solely by that contract. These Terms and Conditions apply to all Circle travel not bound by a separate Contract.
I. General
1. There are a number of brand-specific terms we use within these Terms and Conditions:
- Circle: our brand word for a group of people traveling together
- First Mate: a travel agent registered with Virgin Voyages.
- Sailor: a passenger (or prospective passenger) on one of Virgin Voyages’ ships.
- Sailor Services: Virgin Voyages’ call center, where our representatives assist with all our prospective Sailors’ needs.
- Circle Leader: the group travel organizer, i.e., the Circle’s primary contact/planner.
- FirstMates.com: A Virgin Voyages’ travel agent portal.
- Voyage: a cruise.
- Cabins: as used in these Terms and Conditions, a cabin refers to a cabin as well as a suite (or what we refer to as “Rockstar Quarters”).
2. These Terms and Conditions outline how a Circle Leader or First Mate may hold cabins for thirty (30) days (though this may be less if within 120 days of the selected Voyage, as detailed below) for group travel without all the Sailors’ payment and contact information required to book a Voyage. We call the reservation of cabins for group travel a “Circle Shell.”
3. Once the Circle Shell is created, rates are locked in and the Sailors in the Circle have thirty (30) days to provide their deposit and booking information. There are some caveats:
- The Circle Leader’s booking information and deposit must be received no later than the 29th day after initiating the Circle Shell.
- All names and deposits are due 120 days before the voyage sail date. For example, if the Circle Shell is made 121 days before the voyage, all names and deposit information must be provided the next day (i.e., 120 days before the voyage sail date. Unnamed and undeposited cabins will automatically be dropped after the thirty-day option period (or 120 days before the voyage).
4. A Circle must be at least ten (10) cabins and may not exceed 150 Sailors.
5. If a Circle drops below 10 cabins (at any time prior to the Voyage sailing date), it is no longer a Circle. Each Sailor will then fall under the individual booking policy and they will lose all Circle amenities (including complimentary cabins, bonus commission, and Sailor Loot).
6. The Circle Leader or individual Sailors may find others to join in order for their group to reinstate the Circle at prevailing rates. The Circle Leader and individual Sailors also have the option to cancel their booking if within the 30-day option window to receive a refund on their deposit.
7. Circle travel is eligible once we are able to determine, in light of the current public health crisis, when we can sail again.
8. Certain travel dates may be excluded.
9. Cabins are assigned when the name and deposit are received.
10. While a Circle may be booked 120 days or less before the Sail date, all Sailors will have to provide their financial information (and the entire Voyage Fare is due) and their personal information at the time of booking, unless our Flexible Booking Policy is enacted. No Circles may be booked within fourteen (14) days of the intended Voyage.
11. Individual bookings may be converted to a Circle before final payment is received if a minimum of ten (10) cabins is reached among all bookings. Individual bookings of at least ten (10) cabins may be converted to a Circle up to fourteen (14) days before the voyage sail date.
II. Booking Process
1. Circles may be booked:
a. Directly through Sailor Services by the Circle Leader, or
b. Through a First Mate via Sailor Services or via FirstMates.com.
2. A 20% deposit on all the Voyage Fares of the Circle’s Cabins, and the co-traveling Sailors’ essential information, is required within thirty (30) days after the Circle Shell is created.
3. Deposits are non-refundable after the thirty-day option period.
4. Individual deposits within a Circle can be converted into a Future Voyage Credit prior to final payment (which is due 120 days before the voyage).
5. All Sailor information and the full payment is required for all Sailors for any Circle booked 120 days (or less) from the voyage sail date. So, depending on when the Circle is booked, there may not be a thirty-day hold option.
6. Names and deposits would be required at the time of booking additional Circle Sailors after the thirty-day hold period, with full payment due if the additional Circle Sailors are added 120 days or less from the Voyage sailing date.
7. All bookings within a Circle must have the same First Mate (if a First Mate is used) and use the same currency.
8. The Circle Sailors’ Cabins are assigned when the Circle’s participants’ names and 20% deposits are received.
9. Circles will be booked at the same rates as individual bookings – there are no rate discounts.
10. Additional cabins may be added later to the Circle at prevailing rates, subject to availability.
11. First Mates may not use their personal or corporate credit cards to place deposits or final payments on behalf of Sailors.
III. What’s in it for the Circle Leader (or First Mate organizing the Circle)?
1. The Circle Leader or First Mate who is putting the group together gets
- One free cabin for every ten (10) paid cabins, without limit. The free cabin may be used by anyone in the group. The additional (free) cabin is granted only after reaching thresholds of cabins in increments of ten. This means there are no partial cabins or partial voyage fare credit for, say, 18 or 24 cabins. In those scenarios, one free cabin would be provided to the Circle Leader of the group with 18 cabins booked, and two free cabins would be provided to the Circle Leader of the group with 24 cabins booked. Please note taxes and fees still must be paid for the free cabin(s).
- Free cabins will be The Sea Terrace, unless all cabins in Circle are Sea Views or below, in which case the free cabin will be a The Sea View cabin. There is an option to buy up into higher category at prevailing rates, assuming inventory is available. Free cabins will not receive Sailor Loot.

- [Available only to First Mates] Two percent bonus commission on voyage fare for paid cabins on the entire group (no cap on bonus commission dollars earned based on cabin quantity).
2. Plus, Sailor Loot will to be applied to every cabin in the group based on meta-category:
- $50 per cabin - Insider/Sea View cabins
- $100 per cabin - Sea Terrace cabins
- $200 per cabin - All RockStar Quarters
IV. Circle Events
1. Virgin Voyages cannot guarantee venues/spaces for a Circle’s special events. This will be determined based on Circle size, space availability and type of events. If availability allows, we may offer select venues for private events on specific days/times based on the size of the Circles at no additional cost.
2. Beyond the venue’s standard offerings, curated special events may be arranged at a cost based on availability (i.e. custom cocktail party). Special arrangements for bookable experiences (with limitations) for Circles can be made in advance through shoreside Voyage Services, at no additional cost.
3. Due to the 'prepared to order' service in our eateries, we cannot accommodate restaurant takeovers or buy-outs seating everyone at once. Circles can be accommodated in any of the primary restaurants in groups of 25 staggered every 15 minutes. Requests for staggered dining must be made at least 90 days prior to the voyage date.
V. Modifications/Cancellations
1. Once names and deposits are made on ten (10) cabins, more cabins may be added up to fourteen (14) days prior to the Voyage depending on availability.
2. A Circle’s Voyage date can be changed up until 120 days prior to voyage start date, based upon availability on future sailings.
3. If a Sailor wishes to cancel, that Sailor will receive an Future Voyage Credit for their deposit amount up until 120 days prior to voyage start date (money paid for taxes and fees, bookables, and any amounts paid in excess of the voyage fare deposit will be refunded as well).
4. At 120 days the Circle’s Voyage is locked in, though cancellations lowering the number in the Circle to under 10 cabins would result in the remaining Sailors’ reservations being transitioned into individual Sailor bookings. Sailors may detach up to 120 days prior to the Voyage.
5. If a Circle Sailor has funds applied to their reservation, and should that Circle Sailor cancel between 120 and 45 days prior to the voyage sail date, that Circle Sailor will receive a 50% Future Voyage Credit for any voyage fare paid (though money paid for taxes and fees, and bookables would be refunded).
6. A Circle cabin category may be upgraded or downgraded 121 days or longer from the voyage sail date, depending on availability. Within 120 days or sooner of the voyage sail date, a Circle cabin category may be upgraded only, depending on availability.
7. After the seven-day hold period, cabin categories can only be upgraded.
8. Any name can be changed on a Circle booking up until 48 hours the Voyage sailing date. Name changes will automatically cancel any insurance for that Sailor, and no monies will be refunded.
9. Our Sailor Services can only modify bookings for Sailors booked by a First Mate if it has no financial impact to Virgin Voyages.
10. A Sailor booked in a Circle may transfer his or her booking to another at no cost, however, costs and fees related to that travel, for example, travel insurance, air travel, transfers, and shore excursions, may not be transferable or refundable. Cancellations can be made through Sailor Services or through a First Mate.
11. If a Sailor of a First Mate wishes to cancel the Circle or their delegate booking, the Sailor must do so through their First Mate.
12. If Sailors within the Circle cancel, but enough Sailors remain to keep the Circle intact, such cancellation will be handled in accordance with Virgin Voyages’ individual booking policies, found here.

1. These terms and conditions detail Virgin Voyages Shareholder Discount Offer.
2. Offer Details. Eligible employees from shareholder companies are eligible to receive a 10% discount off all Voyage Fares on new bookings purchased after August 30, 2022 for open cabins and suites on eligible voyages defined in Section 3.3. This offer is available on the Voyage Fare for all Sailors traveling per cabin. In order to receive the Shareholder Discount Offer, you must make a fully-deposited reservation through VirginVoyages.com within the “offer period.” Offer is subject to caveats and exclusions in Section 4.
3. Redemption process:

4. Caveats/Exclusions.
4.1. The Shareholder Discount Offer is combinable with all promotions in the market. The Shareholder Discount Offer will be calculated as 10% off the Voyage Fare after the other combinable discounts are applied. Combinable voyage fare discounts will be calculated off the original voyage fare before any other discounts as well. The resulting voyage fare will be the original voyage fare minus all combinable voyage fare discounts, each calculated individually.
4.2. The Shareholder Discount Offer is not combinable with Tour Operator Rates, Casino Rate, Interline Net Rate, or any other previous offers.
4.3. Eligibility & Offer Period: The Shareholder Discount Offer is eligible on non-charter, open, revenue voyages booked after August 30, 2022.
4.4. This offer may not be redeemed through one of our registered travel agents, i.e., one of our “First Mates.”
4.5. Excluded: Any full-ship accommodation voyages (i.e., Charter voyages) and contractual Circles are excluded from these offers.
