With a name inspired by an early Virgin Atlantic plane, Scarlet Lady is Virgin Voyages’ premium take on what a luxury cruise ship means — sailing from the vibrant shores of Miami. Ushering in a new era for sea travel, she’s designed with a unique approach to how cruises look and feel.

Valiant Lady
With a name derived from the Latin, “valere” (which means to be strong) our second lady ship calls Barcelona her home — setting sail through the Mediterranean in the summers and spending her winters voyaging down in the Caribbean.

Resilient Lady
As an ode to the strength and collective resilience of our community over the past few years, we’ve coined our third ship, “Resilient Lady”. Setting sail from her homeport of Piraeus (Athens), Greece in 2023 — she’ll be spending her winters in both the Caribbean and down in Australia.

We're rolling out that Scarlet carpet because our brand new digs at PortMiami are officially open. Scarlet Lady’s new home, Terminal V, opened its gorgeously-designed doors just in time for Valentine’s Day — filling our new space with all the love it deserves. Uniting nautical nods with the energy and style of Miami, we’re infusing Terminal V with the same vibrant ethos as our lady ships.
