Depart from the port at Marina di Carrara for a scenic coach ride to Pisa. See the Piazza dei Miracoli or Square of Miracles, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and home to the “Leaning Tower.” But don’t let the Tower take all your attention; Pisa was once a powerful Republic, and the city holds many historical and architectural delights. You’ll pass by the cathedral where Napoleon was baptized and visit multiple squares with statues dedicated to the man himself.
